FAQ

This whole CBD thing is new and has generated a significant amount of buzz over the last few years. We wanted to include some of the most common questions we get from people about CBD.

What is CBD?

CBD stands for Cannabidiol and is one of over 100 active cannabinoids in cannabis. It is extracted from industrial hemp and is the second most abundant compound found in hemp.

Is CBD Legal?

The legal framework behind CBD is complicated and ever-changing. Laws differ between the federal and state level and also between states depending on several factors (i.e. concentration level of CBD vs. THC). In many states the sale, possession, and use of CBD products is legal with certain stipulations*. We invite you to find more information here

Will CBD get me "high"?

CBD has absolutely NO intoxicating or psychoactive effects.

How much should I use?

There is no set dosage amount for CBD and more research is needed in this area.

CBD safety in humans has been studied on a small scale. These studies suggest that CBD is well tolerated at doses of up to 1,500 mg/day. In another study, daily doses of 700 mg of CBD for 6 weeks did not induce any toxicity in patients being treated for Huntington's disease.

Is your CBD the real deal?

There is quite a bit of ambiguity in the market right now in terms of purity and quality level of the CBD from various vendors. It is important that you do your research to verify the quality of the product you are buying. We here at CBDailyremedies stand behind our product and have done 3rd party testing to show that the CBD we use is of the highest quality and is 99.9% pure CBD.
